Primary role:

To ensure that the company processes the personal data of its staff, customers, providers, or any other individuals (also referred to as data subjects) in compliance with the applicable data protection rules (in this case, the Data Protection Act).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and collect information
  • Record collected information.
  • Process collected information. This includes copying, printing, filing, scanning, and labelling as required.
  • Records management. This includes records retrieval, disposal and monitoring as required.
  • Provide support to the Administrative Assistant.
  • Any other duties assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and general data protection laws.
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Must be ethical and impartial.
  • Understanding the environment in which the company operates and associated data protection risks.
  • Experience in the employee work-life cycle, from point of recruitment to separation.
  • Work experience in data protection and knowledge of data processing operations in the company’s sector is a plus.
