Reports to: HR Manager


  • Rules, regulations and laws – Ensure knowledge and adhearance to all traffic rules and regulations. Keep upto date with all laws that govern road usage and PSV( public service vehicles)                                                                                                          
  • Licensing and Insurance – Ensure that you have a valid drivers licence and that the bus insurance and licences are current and valid.
  • Transporting  – Ensure that you keep time in picking and delivering your passengers.
  • Passenger Order – Ensure that your passengers adhere to all rules and regulations while boarding, riding in and disembarking from the bus.
  • Bus Repairs and Maintenance:
    • Ensure that the bus is always in a good state of repair, adquately fuelled and in good working condition.
    • Ensure that the bus is kept clean and properly secure at all times.
    • Perform routine checks on the vehicle as required in accordance with the Basic Vehicle Safety Checklist.
    • Undertake timely service of vehicle as and when required.
  • Reports – Report all delays, unusual incidents or accidents promptly.
  • Bus Log– Log all trips as required.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
