• Responsible for managing the social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) of our client’s accounts including campaign planning, regular content creation and user operation

• Work with HQ and agency partners to effectively adapt global marketing materials to maximise regional market relevance and impact 

• Develop digital/social media campaigns to increase social voice and word of mouth• Create content for daily operation

• Engage and communicate with local fans of our client on social media and multiple online groups (eg. telegram, whatsApp, Facebook group)

• Provide strategic counsel and deep industry knowledge of regional social media landscape as well as the buzz trends

• Manage KOL resources

• Responsible for the growth of brand impression, user engagement and fans number

• Strong experience working with popular social media advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.


• 3+ years of experience in social media operation and marketing communications, preferably in an agency setting or multinational companies and/or within high-tech industry/ or luxury brand/ or

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing field is preferred, or the equivalent knowledge and/or experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Exceptional experience running digital campaigns with strong brand storytelling angles and delivered proven results that match the business need

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment


• Certain level of analysis and strategic recommendations based on industry knowledge

• High level of initiative; take accountability for role on projects

• Demonstrated creative and strategic mindset• Has established editor and/or analyst relationships and has proactively placed stories

• Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
