Organisational Development

We provide the long-range effort to improve organisations' problem-solving capabilities and its ability to cope with changes in its external environment with the help of external or internal behavioural science consultants, or change agents. This manages change in such a way that knowledge and skills are transferred to build the organisations' capability to achieve goals and solve problems.

This involves data collection, diagnosis, action planning, intervention and evaluation aimed at:

1)  Enhancing congruence among organisation structure, process, strategy, people and culture.

2)  Developing new and creative organisational solutions.
