PUMP ASSISTANT

JOB OVERVIEW:

To effectively meet the energy needs of customers at the Rubis Delamere station, with the objective of delivery of improved and quality customer services to achieve customer satisfaction.

KEY DELIVERABLES

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Attend to all customers’ energy needs and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Adhere to the duty roster
  • Carry out any operational functions delegated to you by the Station Supervisor/Compliance and Safety Marshall and Station Manager

FINANCIAL ROLES:

  • Quick and accurate receipting of payment
  • Retain a maximum cash holding of Kes 5,000 during the day and Kes 3,000 at night
  • Maintain and submit accurate and complete record of sales
 

FORECOURT:

  • Ensure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) is always observed, including but not limited to, No Smoking, No Use of mobile phones at the forecourt, Engines switched off while fuelling.
  • Ensure that you are well-groomed, presentable and in approved Rubis Energy Kenya uniform and name badges. Maintain high standards of cleanliness at the forecourt.
  • Implement quick and polite service delivery, with emphasis on Rubis Energy Kenya 9 forecourt delivery steps.
  • Ensure products racks are well stocked, clean and neatly presented and conform to Rubis Lubes Forecourt Merchandising rule 6.1, 6.2 in the CSA Training Module
  • Learn and adhere to all requirements and procedures as set out in the CSA Training Module.
